Schedule We will raid on Friday and Saturday each weekend from 7pm-10pm (Silver Hand Server time) 5. Core Makeup We are a well established charter with a core group of 7-8 members. Our core group is all in the guild "Any Port in a Storm", however the extended Wanderlust group spans over many guilds. We are able to host a full raid already, although we will ideally be recruiting a full time healer/dps hybrid, as well as a full time caster dps. 6. Will you desire an LO Forum for your Charter? Yes (reactivation) Charter Description 1. Type: We are an alliance charter that will use LOP loot rules. 2. Charter Background/Mission Statement: Wanderlust runs semi-progression raids on Fridays and Saturdays. Our goal it to have fun while progressing to new raids/bosses/hardmodes each week. We consistently clear the full tier on normal difficulty, and about half of the tier on heroic. We do not put progression over having a good time, however. We consistently slot raiders who have demonstrated the following abilities: “follows orders,” “learns from their mistakes,” “plays well with others,” and “knows when to shut up.” Ability to interject a well placed, inappropriate joke is also a plus. So is the ability to laugh at the dead ret paladin. We want players who are as much in it to have fun as to push progression content. They should have excellent understanding of their class mechanics as well as have done research on the fights/bosses for a given raid. Putting this effort in assures a more pleasant raid time for everyone. Raiders are expected to have gear that is appropriate to the raid(s) for which they sign up, with appropriate gems and enchants. It is the responsibility of each raider to provide their own food and appropriate flasks. Invites for raids will start 30 minutes prior to raid start. We will exercise the right to replace any raider not at the raid entrance and ready to go 5 minutes before official raid start time who has not made some sort of contact with a lead. We use Mumble to provide raid instructions in our raids. All raiders (including those without microphones) are required to be in channel to receive instructions. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate disabled raiders. Standbys should check in with a raid lead during the invite period. We will slot standbys according to our raiding needs as well as previous raiding experiences with our charter. We will attempt to let all standbys know when our raids are full. 3. Attitude and Personality See #2 Above Slotting Guidelines 1. Raid Makeup 2 Tanks 5 DPS 2 Healers 1 Healer/DPS Hybrid As stated previously, we will likely be recruiting one hybrid dps, as well as one caster dps. 2. Slotting a) Highest priority for slotting will go to regular Wanderlust charter members (those who raid at least 75% of the time in a given month, or those who have an extensive history with the charter). Following that, we will slot LO members in good standing with the charter (familiar, successful raiders) and lastly untried LO members. Greatly increased consideration will be given amongst untried LO members who check-in on a regular basis or introduce themselves in a PM to the leads. b) Requirements: Raiders should have iLevel appropriate gear with all necessary gems and enchants. 3. Pre-Raid Contact Feel free to send in-game mail to either of the leads or send us a PM. Raid-time Information 1. Standby and Raid Start Info a) Invites start at 30 minutes before raid start. b) Standbys are pulled in at 5 minutes before raid start. c) Standbys should check in anytime within 30 minutes before the raid starts. d) We will do our best to notify all standbys when our raid fills up, but please understand that often times we are very busy, so don't hesitate to ask if we are full. e) Other: N/A 2. What in-game chat channels should raiders join for their raid designations? Channel information will be provided at raid time for those that need to know it. 3. What Voice Server/Channel should raiders join? Any Port in a Storm Mumble server. Server information will be provided at raid time. II. Leftovers Points Charter Discretion Wanderlust will be using basic LOP with only the following discretionary policies: Unbid BoP Epics will be disenchanted. Shards will become the property of the Wanderlust charter, to be used to provide enchanting mats for regular raiders at our discretion. In the case that no enchanter is available, the gear will be sold to a vendor and the gold will be placed in the Any Port in a Storm guild bank for future raiding expenses. Unbid BoE Epics will become the property of the charter. They will be disenchanted as per BoP Epics or auctioned to offset charter raiding/repair costs at our discretion. *A note on BoE Epics: Wanderlust requests that raiders bidding on BoE Epics with the intent of gifting them to an alt or selling them on the AH to please reserve their bids to Save, allowing raid members with active or alternate specs to Standard and Shroud. While we recognize LOP loot policies supersede charter discretion and will abide accordingly, declining to acquiesce to our request in this matter will result in the player being blacklisted from the Wanderlust charter. Crafting patterns will be distributed as per LOP, with any unbid patterns going for /roll. Priority on unbid patterns will be given to regular Wanderlust members who are able to learn the pattern. Crafting materials will become the property of the charter. Our charter forum will describe the formal way of requesting materials. Once requested, we will pass out the requested amount of materials once that raider has all other materials required to create the item. Please note that, while we try to pass out materials on a first come, first serve basis, we do reserve the right to alter the order if necessary for continued raid progression. Legendary items will be distributed as per special LOP loot policy. Vanity items, patterns, bags, etc. will go for /roll for any who are interested. Loot threshold will be set to epic; uncommon and rare items are yours to keep. III.
