In Group 2 we have 7/10 slots filled and will be needing 1 Healer and 2 Ranged dps. In Dali's Run we have 8/10 slots filled and will be needing 1 Ranged and 1 Tank. At this time we have plans on brining in quite of few of our guilds retired players back into the raiding scene through LO, most already have accounts and will not be considered "NEW" only 1-2 players will be new. 6. Type: We are an Alliance based Guild Charter run out of the Vanguard Guild that will be only using LOP. GM Mordred. 2. Charter Background/Mission Statement: We are just a close knit of friends who have been raiding and having fun together since WoW first came out. In recent time we have had considerable growth in our guild and feel that our core group is ready to move on to much bigger and better end-game content but with our current numbers we cannot accomplish that goal. 3. Attitude and Personality First and foremost we want to have a positive experience with each of our raiders. Keep the language clean, some of the younger kids out there dont need to hear foul language, slips do happen just dont make it habit. If you dont have something positive or constructive to say then dont say it. Joke as much as you want, just keep em clean. And keep the vent channel clear when strats are being explained. Slotting Guildelines 1. Raid Makeup Tanks: 2 Healers: 3 Melee: 2-3 Ranged: 2-3 2. Slotting a) Preferences: Guild Members and regulars have slotting priority. b) Requirements: All gear must be gemmed and enchanted if the item can be, all raiders are responsible for bringing their own personal flasks and potions to raid, food will be provided. Raid-time Information 1. Standby and raid start info A) Invites start at: 7:45pm B) Standbys are pulled in at: 7:55PM C) Standbys should check in by: By sending an ingame PM to a Charter Lead. D) Standbys will be notified by: A Vanguard Charter Lead prior to raid start time. 2. Raiders should log into the LO TeamSpeak 3 server, and join channel "Vanguard". II. Leftovers Points Charter Discretion Epic Equipment (BoP or BoE) that is not awarded via standard LOP bidding: BoP items not won will be disenchanted and the materials Charter Banked for future use with our regulars. BoE's that are not won will be sold on the Auction House to further fund the Charter Bank to provide flasks, potions and food for future raids. Rare or lower equipment and Tradeskill items: Rare or lower quality items are will be awarded to those whose mob the item dropped on. Unique items such as tabbards will be available with a /random 100 roll between all raid members. Tradeskill items will be Charter Banked and made available to Charter regulars on a first come first serve basis. Patterns: Patterns are first rolled among anyone in the raid who is of that particular profession and has the appropriate skill level. If no one of that profession is present or needs the pattern and it's BoE we will place the pattern on the Auction House to further fund the Charter Bank to provide flasks, potions and food for future raids. Mounts: Mounts will be handled through the LOP system.
