Charter:1. Type: Alliance. Based loosely out of "The Pirates of Palatine Hill." GM Morighann 2. Charter Background/Mission Statement: The Raid Your Man Could Smell Like is a splinter charter made up of regulars from the You no Take Candle charter. We started as the "alt run" and progressed and grew and wiped to become the "2nd run" and along the way we got gear, friends, money and cleared to the Lich King. Due to various scheduling conflicts it became harder for actual YNTC leads to attend this run and as such we honorary leads decided it was in the best interest of the run to form a separate charter with leads available to run on consistent basis. The name is hilarious and you know it. 3. Attitude and Personality We raid, we laugh, we cry, we joke, we tease, we cry some more, then we make fun of Triari. We kill, we wipe, we complain, then we make fun of Triari's mom. We currently have no rules regarding language and behavior, it's basically raiders gone wild in vent. Though we are fairly progression minded it is not an attitude intended to intimidate. Raiders must be prepared to learn from their mistakes, and be able to take, give, and appreciate constructive criticism. Slotting Guidelines 1. Raid Makeup 2 tanks 2 healers 2-4 melee dps 2-4 ranged dps Proper buff diversity 2. Slotting a) Preferences: Priority will always be in favor of a balanced raid based on buffs and class diversity. Following this, regulars will be given preference. b) Requirements: We expect raiders to have gear appropriate to the content, which hopefully includes a minimum of T9 or T9.25. If slotted you will be expected to provide consumables in quantities appropriate to the raid length. This includes flasks/oils, as well as any reagents required for buffs. Fish Feasts will usually be provided. Raid-time Information a) Invites start at: 20-30 minutes before raid time b) Standbys are pulled in at: Standby's will be brought in 10 minutes prior to raid time c) All Raiders, slotted and standbys, should check in by sending a private whisper to a charter lead d) Standbys will be notified by: Via LO channel and/or personal whispers e) Other: Raiders should be IN the instance at least 5 minutes prior to raid time as raid time should be when first pull occurs. If enough people are present before time we will begin pulling early. 2. What in-game chat channels should raiders join for their raid designations? We do not currently require our raiders to join any chat channels as any questions or assignments will occur in raid chat, whispers, or over vent 3. What Voice Server/Channel should raiders join? We would like to request a Vent Channel in the LO Ventrilo server. Depending on latency issues we have a back-up Ventrilo server that may be used. Information will be given in raid chat 4. How is Charter Discretion loot handled? a) BOE epics that are not won in the bidding process: Will be sold on the AH to support our Fish Feast habbit b) Raid-only patterns that are not won in the bidding process: greed at the end of raid c) Green and blue BOE drops: whoever loots it gets it d) Mining and Herbalism nodes: Kung-Fu fight to the death... or /roll random 100, same thing e) Crafting materials such as Runed and Crusader Orbs, and non-gear epics such as Epic Gems: greed at end of raid, Primordial Saronite dealt with below f) Any/all other Charter Discretion loots not specifically described above: Precious' Ribbon will be a random 100 roll. Super Simian Sphere will go to Moeino. Primordial saronite drops will be held by a charter lead, and a thread on the forum will provide raiders with an opportunity to apply for the saronite. Priority will be given to regular tanks and healers for the creation of crafted pants and feet.
