Charter:Requirements: - Positive attitude - Extensive knowledge of one's own class - Extensive Raiding or Heroic level experience - Gear appropriate to the instance Having fun with friends and in the game are the highest priorities of this charter. We see good raid performance as an important part of this, though only one factor among many. Night Watch's goal is to progress and see all the end game content possible, while maintaining a serious, though not obsessive, schedule. Regulars will be expected to raid with the group 2 to 3 evenings per week. Night Watch is managed by the Nu Tir guild. Nu Tir guild membership for regulars is encouraged, though not required. Raiders are expected to be mature, drama-llama free, focused, and committed to the betterment of the Night Watch charter. We use LO vent for raids. Fun and chatter are encouraged. We can occasionally be adult in nature. Focus and raid discipline, including clearing vent, when needed and/or requested by leads is also required. We expect people to come to raids prepared to play and on time. Preparation includes being sure you have food, flasks, and any other items needed for raid performance. Raiders should be at the instance with these items 15-20 minutes before the scheduled raid start. Night Watch will start replacing people 10 MINUTES BEFORE raid start time unless they have previously notified a lead that they will be late. Charter discretion loot that are boss drops of crafting materials for epic items will be banked by the charter and distributed to designated crafters or based on requested need as determined by the Night Watch charter leads as a group. If no longer needed, these may be moved to becoming greed loot at the discretion of the Night Watch leadership. Patterns for epic items that are not won via LOP rules will be given to charter designated crafters unless all of these already know the pattern, in which case they will be greeded at the end of the raid to anyone who did not win any other items that raid, along with any other charter discretion items not covered here. BoE epic items are a wonderful way to gear up alts or make a little money on the side to help pay for those nasty repair bills, however some BoE epic drops are actually upgrades to those raiding on a given night. If you are planing on not using a BoE epic drop on the toon you are raiding on when it drops, we would appreciate you bidding only a "save" roll. Going against this Night Watch request could adversely affect your future slotting.
