Charter Background/Mission Statement: We hope to create a core raid group that is dependable and strong to progress in the new raids. 3. Attitude and Personality We have pretty laid back attitudes when not raiding. We raid for progression and require the same dedication that we give. Slotting Guidelines 1. Raid Makeup 3 heals, 2 tanks, 2-3 ranged, 2-3 melee (depending on what we are doing) 2. Slotting a) Preferences: Regulars b) Requirements: Level acceptable gear, gemmed and enchanted, Flasks and Food (we will try to provide these when we can), research the raid if it is something you have not done before. Raid-time Information 1. Standby and raid start info a) Invites start at: 9:45am b) Standbys are pulled in at: 9:55am c) Standbys should check in by: private whisper to lead by 9:45am d) Standbys will be notified by: private whisper e) Other: Please be on time. If you whisper the lead and aren’t notified back, please feel free to whisper a second time. Things get a bit busy at raid time and some things might be accidentally missed. 2. What in-game chat channels should raiders join for their raid designations? Raid chat. 3. What Voice Server/Channel should raiders join? Mumble is required and the information will be given in Raid chat. II. Leftovers Points Charter Discretion We will use basic LOP with only the following discretionary policies: Unbid BoP epics will be disenchanted and the shards will be placed in Focus' bank for anyone to use upon request. Unbid BoE epics will be open to greed rolls. Mounts, pets, patterns, tabards, and all other loot not covered by LOP will be open to greed rolls. Looting threshold will be set to epic, blues and greens are free to whoever can loot them.------- Approved charter -------
