Our goal is not to farm early bosses, but to get new content mastered as early as possible with a 6 hour a week raiding schedule. We may utilize the raid lockout tool to work on later content in some instances. We plan on chain pulling as much as is feasible, when encountering new bosses briefings will be as short as we can make them. We prefer learning encounters by doing them, not talking about them. We expect our members to come prepared. Our members should not expect to be micro managed. Please provide constructive input and act in a mature manner (no explicit language). Flasks/Elixirs and food not optional on new or still challenging content. Raid Information: Slotting Preferences: Regular attendees have priority, even if it locks people out of an additional day. Recommendations from current regular attendees is a great way to get your foot in the door. We will expect gear to be fully gemmed/enchanted, adequate flasks and other consumables should be ready to go. We will do our best to have feesh for when we need full rebuffs, but bring your own single food and use it when full raid rebuffs are not required. Invites may start as early as 5:30, we expect you to be online and checked in by 5:45. Standby's will be pulled in by 5:55 Standbys should check in by: Whisper to Tanly(or alt), or other charter leads. If there is a reason why you cant be on time/have to leave early that is fine, just let us know as early as possible. Some raids may be started with 20 people if we know for sure that 5 regular attendees will be on at 6:15 to fill us up. We will start our first pull as early as possible generally we pull at 6:02, if we can we will pull at 5:45. Ventrilo is required for all progression content. We will use what was the old SHR vent. Charter Discretion loot, tactics discussion and many other things will be handled on the Changing Tides boards. www.tidalchange.net The basics are that we would prefer that items get used rather then sold. If it does go to charter discretion and get sold by us, funds will be used towards crafted items we will be giving away to regulars.
