I've been using this addon for quite a while now myself and it's so amazingly useful and simplifies one of the things a warlock does so often. Summons. This addon lets people whisper you to auto queue a summons (like Whispercast let people queue up different buff types). After they've whispered you with the request they get tossed into the waiting line (You can queue up as many people as need be, I haven't seen any limit yself other than the 40 man raid limit). There are many options you can choose, such as turning listen mode off (won't accept any whispers) minimum # of shards required to queue someone and so forth. If you are in combat at the tiome someone requests a spot in the queue it will whisper them back immediately saying that it will have to wait until you are out of combat, if you are dead it will tell them you have to wait till you're alive first, same with if they are dead or not in the instance yet. Upon initiating the summon itself it can spam Raid or party chat saying you need help summoning whoever it is. If you use TitanPanel there is a Plugin version for TitanPanel. there is also a useful AFK mode. If you go AFK and someone requests a queue spot it will notify them you are AFK at the moment (I can't remember offhand if it queues them up or not). There is also an option to skip the next person in line for a summons or clear the whole queue altogether. This addon imo is awesome because no longer do I have to search through the raid group listings for whoever and select them to summon as well as it speeds up people getting to the raid because it can queue a bunch of people all at once.
