Sorry to stir an old thread, but I had a few questions about this strategy. Our guild tried this last night but were having a hard time keeping Razor ahead of the mobs mainly when he was casting fire ball, and also having a hard time ending the MC with all of the mobs AT razor so the stragglers dont come and kill the pally before the rest of the train gets to him so he can begin kiting.. Also is there a particular path that is best to take while kiting Razor and when the pally begins the kite?Any suggestions?

The aggro phase shouldn't really last long enough for him to get killed. Keep in mind that you can use the platforms to exploit how monsters path. I'm pretty sure you can jump off the middle of one and give you some time to fireball without getting hammered. Don't get too aggressive with the aggro phase. It doesn't need to last too long. Just long enough for you to cleave each corner of the room and maybe fireball a total of 2-3 times.

** As for the Paladin kite.

Make sure that,

Warriors: Are keeping Piercing Howl spam on the Legos. It is their responsibility alone to make sure they never catch up to your Paladin. If need be, put a hamstring on one. It won't generate enough threat to pull hate.

Rogues/Hunters: Stay very close to the Paladin and use instant attack (Gouge, Scattershot) CC on the closest mobs to your Paladin. Think of Hunters & Rogues as your "rear escorts" for the kite. They are the MVPs of keeping your kiter alive.

Warlocks/Druids: We are useful, but less so because our CC have a casting time associated with it. To that end, think of us as the "forward escorts". We stay ahead of the kiter, and sleep/fear dragonskin that are heading at your Paladin.

** Re: When & how to release Razorgore after the aggro phase

..make sure your Paladin announces "I'm about to begin the kite." to give CCers enough time to prepare for the escort. If done correctly, you should see Rogues/Hunters/Druids/Warlocks/Warriors all nearish to the MC control platform when Razorgore is released and your MT takes control. Beyond that, we just kite him in a square, and Consecrate at each corner.

Make sure you release him on the opposite (EAST) side of the room. This will put most of the mobs near Razorgore and give your Paladin some time to get his bearings and start kiting.
