Interesting. Blizz is giving us a character undelete feature.

Characters between level 30 and 49 will no longer be recoverable after 120 days.
All other characters level 50 and above are eligible to be undeleted at any time.
Please keep in mind you will only be able to use the undelete option once every 30 days.

Undeleting a character restores all of its enchantments, gems, and items fully intact. You’ll be able to get back into action right away, and your character won’t remember being deleted—we won’t tell, either.

Reclaiming Your Name: What About Flugur?

We’ll be holding deleted character names for a limited time, and the original creator can reclaim it for use on a new character during that time. If you create a new character with the same name as one of your deleted characters (let’s say Flugur), the new character must be renamed, transferred, or deleted to complete the restoration of the original Flugur.

seems like a feature nobody was asking for? Why not call it Archived characters instead? *shrug*

seems very weird to me, but I've never considered deleting a character other than something below lvl 20.

I don't know how desired it is, but I do know a few people who have deleted high-level characters before. There is that occasional oddball who has 10 max level characters and really wants to try out the new class, or whatever...

Lifebloom's Bloom effect should no longer incorrectly heal the casting Druid instead of their target.

Resolved an issue where Deterrence modified by Glyph of Mirrored Blades was not reflecting spells back at the target.
Resolved an issue where Explosive Trap's effects could be dodged.
Mage
Arcane
Resolved a script error with Arcane Barrage.
Talents
Supernova now deals 30% less damage against player targets.
Warrior
Arms
Resolved an issue where Execute could incorrectly cause the Warrior to receive 100 Rage.

Creatures

[Requires a realm restart.] Reduced the health and damage of high level creatures and NPCs in Pandaria to more closely match their relative difficulty before the stat squish.
Incarnation of Despair's Last Gasp now deals damage that is more reasonable level in a post stat squish environment.

Quests

Legendary Cloak Quest Line
Celestial Blessings: Adjusted the damage received by both the player and Wrathion during the challenges for Chi-ji (healer) and Niuzao (tanking) to a reasonable level.

Raids, Dungeons, and Scenarios

Raids

Resolved an issue in Personal Loot mode where multiple players were unable to loot a boss or chest at the same time.
Siege of Orgrimmar
Auction house NPCs in Siege of Orgrimmar's should no longer be level 100.
Garrosh Hellscream's Iron Star explosion damage has been reduced to a more reasonable level in a post stat squish environment.
Throne of Thunder
Jin'rokh the Breaker's Static Wound damage has been reduced to a more reasonable level in a post stat squish environment.
Shadow Nova damage for Dark Ritualist and Ritual Guard has been reduced to a more reasonable level in a post stat squish environment.

Dungeons

Upper Blackrock Spire
Commander Tharbek received a tuning pass on their damage and ability cooldowns.
Awbee should no longer spam their introduction after Commander Tharbek is defeated.
Resolved an issue where items were incorrectly disenchanting into Warlords of Draenor enchanting materials.
Shadow-Pan Monastery
Gu Cloudstrike's Magnetic Shroud healing absorption has been reduced to a more reasonable amount in a post stat squish environment.

Proving Grounds

Tank Trial NPCs now hit harder and have slightly more health.

Battlegrounds and Arenas

Deepwind Gorge
Resolved an issue where players were not receiving points for capturing a mine cart.

Items

Resolved an issue where Tier tokens obtained from Mists of Pandaria Raids could not be exchanged for gear.
Resolved an issue where Dame Evniki Kapsalis was incorrectly selling Heirloom items for gold instead of Champion's Seals.
Resolved an issue where Nat Pagle was incorrectly selling Draenic or Savage Fishing Poles.

• Focusing Shot now has a 2.5 second cast time (down from 3 seconds), and its damage has been increased by 25%.

• Mental Anguish now increases damage by 3.125% per point (up from 2.5%).

Shaman
• Elemental Blast’s damage has been increased by 20%.
• Shamanism now increase Lightning Bolt damage by 70% (up from 36%).

Warrior
• Ravager’s damage has been reduced by 25%.
• Slam’s damage has been reduced by 30%.
• Whirlwind’s damage has been reduced by 30%.

Darkmoon Faire

Reduced the levels of Moonfang, Moonfang Packmate, Moonfang Dreadhowl, Moonfang Snarler, and Darkmoon Rabbit back to pre-Warlords expansion levels. The creatures needs to respawn for the changes to take effect.

Earthquake's knock down effect is no longer affected by diminishing returns, but the knock down effect now only has a duration of 1.5 seconds.

Quests

Blood of the Betrayer: Rogues should now be able to remove Arcane Infused Armor from Nalice, and be able to complete the quest.
Dah, Nunt... Dah, Nunt...: Players should no longer remain stunned indefinitely and be able to complete the quest.
Get Kraken!: Increased the health for North Sea Kraken by 1000%.

Dungeons, Raids, and Scenarios

Raids
Throne of Thunder
[Requires a realm restart.] Dark Winds debuff should no longer incorrectly persist on the character, preventing them from being able to use mounts.
Ulduar
XT-002 Deconstructor's Searing Light ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
The Obsidian Sanctum
Defeating Sartharion too quickly should no longer cause him to not drop a mount.
Black Temple
Illidan Stormrage: Fixed an issue where defeating Flames of Azzinoth too quickly in phase 2 may cause Illidan to not land.
Dungeons
Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom: Resolved an issue where players defeating multiple packs of creatures in the room too quickly could cause Jedoga Shadowseeker to remain not attackable.
Hellfire Ramparts: Players should now be able to loot the Reinforced Fel Iron Chest after defeating Vazruden the Herald.
Razorfen Downs: Resolved an issue where Amnennar the Coldbringer may sometimes fail to be summoned when Death Speaker Blackthorn is defeated.

Battlegrounds and Arenas

Battlegrounds
Increased Honor gains for Arathi Basin, Deepwind Gorge, Eye of the Storm, and The Battle for Gilneas. Honor is now awarded for every 150 resources gathered (up from Honor being awarded for every 250 resources gathered).
Returning a flag in Battlegrounds should correctly play an appropriate sound once more.

Items

Made a number of adjustments where lower level food items were providing a larger than intended buff.

UI

Timeless Isle Tokens and legendary weapons looted during the fight with Kael'thas Sunstrider in Tempest Keep are no longer included in the guild news panel.
Bags set to "Ignore this bag" should now be saving the setting correctly when the character logs out or zones into a new area.
/console colorblindshader [0-8] has been re-enabled and replaced with /console colorblindsimulator [0-8].

Bug Fixes

Resolved a frame rate stuttering issue that was affecting some Mac OS clients.
[Requires a realm restart.] Mobile Armory's guild chat should be working once more.
