Razorgore Tactical Data

This thread is not for the discussion of Razorgore strategies--for that go here. This thread is just to consolidate background information necessary to properly plan a Razorgore strategy. I would appreciate it if an individual from each class who knows their class and their various abilities quite well would post a "Team Resources--X Class" reply listing all the possible benefits they bring to this fight. Also, a priest who has mind controlled orcs should post a "Team Resources--Legionnaire" and "Team Resources--Mage" detailing their useable abilities.

Encounter Objectives

#1. Keep Razorgore alive. This primarily involves keeping orcs, and especially Legionnaires, off of him, and possibly healing or blessing of protectioning him when needed.

#2. Use Razorgore to destroy all the eggs. This primarily involves keeping the orb controllers from taking damage from spawns, preferably by keeping mobs off the platform.

#3. Have as many people alive as possible when the last egg is destroyed. We're still figuring out what this involves. =D

Encounter Obstacles

1. Razorgore himself. Has melee cleave, fireballs, and a nasty conflagration. To minimize casualties, must be kept away from the controller platform at the beginning until Grethok is dead and a player has Razorgore under control.

2. Dragonspawns. Melee enemies with high armor class and hit points. Vulnerable to sleep from Razorgore or druids, vulnerable to fear, apparently immune to frost nova. It seems there is a cap on Dragonspawn population of 15, with 10 or 11 being present most of our attempts so far.

3. Orc Mages. Spellcasting enemies with single target fireballs and aoe arcane explosions. Very fragile in melee, sheepable, mind controllable, fearable, and freezeable. Not enough data regarding possible cap on orcs.

4. Orc Legionnaires. Melee enemies with moderate armor class, relatively few hps, and a nasty dragonslaying attack that pwns Razorgore (or Dragonspawns). Can be effectively meleed, also sheepable, mind controllable, fearable, and freezeable. Not enough data regarding possible cap on orcs.

Team Resources--Rogues

High single-target dps
Single-target stun abilities, including gouge, kidney shot, and blind
Spell-interrupting kick ability
A variety of poisons: instant for more damage, crippling to slow mobs, or mind-numbing to slow casting
Very capable of soloing an orc mage or legionnaire with a small amount of healing support
Alternately capable of rapidly killing orcs via focused fire

Team Resources--Druids

Great spot healers--a single druid, for instance, should be able to handle all the rogues on their side via HoTs
Innervate to extend party mana (this will be key once we actually reach Razorgore, I believe)
Emergency battle rez if a key member goes down early
Single-target damage abilities via spellcasting or shapeshifted melee
Can sleep one Dragonspawn
Bear form available if an emergency, short-term tank is needed (even without feral gear, should be able to tank Orc Legionnaires, for example)

Multi-target fireballs that hit every enemy in LOS
Conflagration--burn damage and confusion
Sleep dragonkin--how many max affected at once?
And, of course, destroy eggs!
