Also by the time I got there to Foundation of Stone, I was burnt out on Moria. Mob density was bad there and then getting elites sucked. Got lost there once and took me a few hours to find my way back.

Foundation is just ugly and the nameless don't seem to fit (but I haven't uncovered much story, heading back there as part of vol 2 next). It is just a straightforward loop with a mob every 2 paces and 3 offshoots for a spider lair, a nameless nest, and a globsnaga camp. Lazy. Flaming deeps and waterworks I enjoyed much more (albeit with the frustration of sloooow swimming and getting lit up by salamanders). --

Hmm, I'm using the grey horse from vol 1 and my house chests are overflowing with furnishings already. Does the discount item apply to future leaf and stick-based purchases, or just to cash vendors for repair services and traveling rations? I did find out that you can't swim the anduin, nor do you get a title for the effort. --

So, the next expansion is Rohan. More or less everyone saw that coming, though I think most folks had expected a little more than 2 add-on quest packs for Rise of Isengard. But the interesting touch is that, having followed the Ride of the Grey Company and brought us to the Fords of Isen on February 26th, TA3019... now we wheel around and the 2nd add-on quest pack brings us down Anduin from Lothlorien and Mirkwood. The description talks about dealing with Easterlings, which makes me think we're gonna be doing some questing on the Eastern Shore of Anduin, south of Mirkwood... and that's a very, very interesting little area known as The Brown Lands. --

Yar, but on the other hand of course, now levelling up your soldier for skirmishes becomes easier - you don't get penalized in the skirmish for not doing any for like 5 levels while you run through content, because the soldier is leveling off the content, as well. In effect, it's a recognition and adaptation of TOR's companion system. --
