It is pretty piss poor that it hasn't been fixed, but who knows what would happen if they placed a fix and it would fuck something else up... Lunh, you don't have an accent --

Okay, Ill tell you what I did today on Wow. I was watching for WoW to get up. It went up. around 2 pm, I logged on Alintak. At Scryers Inn. Flew him to Old Man to pick up the fishing daily. Croclisks in the City. So ported to SW and got flagged by a newbie asking where he can buy tinder and wood. I said general goods. He asked here. I grouped him up and escorted him to the store. He thanked me. I fished up the crocolisk. I flew to IqD, saving my hearth. Picked up all quests, then did the Greengill coasts one (both nagas, and the shrine reading), then did the 6 demons and raised a banner and read the portal. During the Greengill run, Server announced going down in 15 minutes due to mail problems. Hence, i was rushing things a bit. Completed my bloodberry quest, the naga quests (turned in the freeing the slaves one first --- Hey for the first time ever - I freed 5 at one time!!!! usually i can free 4 at one time... but today was 5!). As soon as i finished the 5th bloodberry quest, i hearthed back home, and logged. I was gonna get razorthorn roots, but had 5 minutes left before it goes down., so didn't, turned in the fishing quest instead and flew back to the inn, and logged. Since then, Ive been on and off WoW forums, relam status and LO... =) --

I think it's truly broken now. When I try to log in, the only server location option I get is "Development".

I just made me a big bowl of popcorn, gonna watch the servers and the forums and theorize on what they broke. Yeah, I'm a geek. Sue me. :P --

I heard they're stalling because they lost all of our characters. Now they're planning to give us all premades with full tier 6 for leveling purposes. :O | |

This is Willie Slick reporting from Irvine, CA. People are baffled tonight at the sudden onset of a plague. But not just any plague. No people are ill, no zombies stalk the streets searching for brains. No, this region is suddenly afflicted with a rash of hamsters. Dead hamsters, to be precise. To date, authorities have no answer as to the cause of this grotesque showing of deceased rodents. Attempts to contact the Centers for Disease Control have received no comments. As soon as we know more, you'll know more, Dave. In other news, there was a large gathering outside the offices of Blizzard Entertainment. It was difficult to extract any information from the crowd, given the strange and arcane dialect of English spoken by most of the mob, but apparently they were protesting the sudden interruption of Blizzard's world renowned World of Warcraft online game. This is Willie Slick, signing off. --

Pretty sure the announcement was that they accidentally deleted the mail file while they were trying to fix a mail-dupe bug. http://www.mmo-champion.com/ |
