I'm still a little new to this site, I mostly have raided with relentless and a few other guildes, but I had a problem with a raid I was slotted in last week. I was slotted for a BT raid in the morning, and in the afternoon I was no longer slotted, they had replaced me. A message was sent to everyone in the raid saying there were some changes to help the raid be succesful. I talked with the lead of Blame Roll and they said I was replaced with somoene with higher healing. I can understand being replaced by someone else, but I feel that, since people armory me, they know my gear, and if they don't want me they should give me more time than a couple hours before raid time so I can make other plans. | |

Okay, as the post right before yours indicated, if you have an issue with a specific charter, the best thing you can do is to open a Private Message with either the charter leads or the Overall leads. Further, after having spoken to Xantoniel and looking at your Armory, I understand completely where he was coming from. He was replacing a half-to-three-quarters effective healer, based on gear, with one of his Charter Leads who became available at a late time and was significantly more geared than you. It was also his charter's first run into Black Temple. In the future, if you have an issue, please bring it up via PM. --
