Blame Roll's practices...

Was suggested I bring it up, so here it is.

Was slotted for Hyjal run on Wednesday @ 6pm.
Joined the leftovers channel at around 5:45pm; waited till 5:50pm to see if anything related to the run was announced. Went to the summoning stone in Tanaris, even was facing one of their leads. Went AFK for about 5-8 minutes to go eat. Came to find to find out my spot was given up already at 6:01pm...
I would think someone would have noticed that I was standing right at the entrance with my AFK on. Whispered one of their leads to find out if invites went out, and got no response. Had to whisper another lead to find out they my spot was given out.

I know there was another incident related to Blame Roll un-slotting someone and saying we wanted someone else with higher +healing. Un-slotting happened in less than 24 hours when the slots was published.

It has been suggested to me to check-in 15min before the raid, by just whispering the lead (If they would respond...)

I'd advise in the future that you either contact the charter in question if you have a complaint or you can contact the overall leads with a complaint about a charter as well (both through PMs). However doing so publicly is rarely productive simply because potential flame wars often live up to their potential.

I've had alot of good interaction with the Blame Roll leadership and I'm sure contacting them about your issue would be a good route to go.
