1) Who will lead this charter? Amynndra, Siochain a) Please list the names of your primary character or characters which you will raid with in this charter, as well as Silverhand characters you spend any significant time online on. Include guild or guilds if any. Myself: Amynndra, Belltrine, Lothynndra, Ravace, Yandor (Guilds: Bloodied Steel, Freed Flock) Co-lead: Siochain, Raria, Popple (Guild: Bloodied Steel) b) Please also list one in game reference for each charter lead applicant. Amynndra/Belltrine - Antodalt, Annadurai Siochain - Elrick, c) Please describe prior leading and raiding experience, both LO and non-LO Amynndra/Belltrine - For the last year I have led a non-LO Karazhan run made up mostly of guildies on both my toons (dependant on our group makeup). I frequently run with charters Avatars of Power and Awake, along with many others. I have extended experience with almost all pre-and-post-BC instances. Siochain - Sio has been a part of my Karazhan runs for the last 5 months, and has been helping me lead. She has also run with a number of different charters and been to most BC instances, and pre-BC extensively. 2) What will you call this charter? "The Itti Bitti Kitteh Committi". (Our 'mascot' is ICHC.com, hehe.) 3) What instance or instances do you wish to be included in this charter? We mostly wish to run ZA, and old-world raid instances (MC, BWL, Naxx), but we may branch out if we have the people, to any instance. 4) Describe your overall goals for this charter. Please include a Mission Statement. This statement will be used as a description of your charter in the slotting application. Our goal as a charter is to build up to running 3+ timed chests on ZA, eventually bear runs; and to also revisit old-world instances. Above all we are striving to be a friendly group who want to have fun, but still progress. Positive attitudes and respect are a must for raiders in this charter. 5) How frequently will you raid each week (or month)? We plan to run ZA once a week, likely Sundays, and either once every week or two to run an old-world instance. 6) Describe your anticipated or ideal raid makeup. Ideally we want the most efficient group makeup possible for successful ZA runs. For old-world runs, as long as we have a tank and some heals, anything goes! Those runs are just meant to be for fun. 7) Will you have any gear or experience requirements to raid with your charter? If so, please describe them in detail. For ZA runs ideally kara gear or better will be required, as ZA is tough and unfortunately an undergeared person just will not be able to survive and/or pull their weight in the group. Other instances, wearing gear is optional. (kidding!) 8) How do you anticipate making your slotting choices? (i.e. what criteria, if any, will you apply in making your slotting decisions) Experience and gear are important. We can only slot so many brand spanking new people if we want to succeed as a group. 9) How many raiders do you already have towards making your raid viable? Please include a rough breakdown of healer/tank/melee/ranged. Myself (ranged dps), Siochain (healer), and a number of guildies will likely be interested in running with us. 10) Please note anything else you think we should know or would be helpful in evaluating your application. The reason the main focus of this charter is ZA is that I have been on many full clears and timed runs, so I have the experience and knowledge to lead that group. Our secondary focus of old-world raids is for fun, and also for those who may not have gotten to see the content in its time. Above all we just want to get some people together and have some fun raiding. --
