Xantoniel – Brylee Ayer – Septer Kynnigos – Permanuke Sandtitan - Azuresands c) Please describe prior leading and raiding experience, both LO and non-LO We all have experience 6/9 BT and 4/5 Hyjal and have done everything up to that besides Kael. Xantoniel - Non-LO I've raided/lead KZ/ZA – Former Guild Leader/Officer/Raid Leader Ayer – Previous and Current Guild Leader/Raid Leader Kynnigos – Previous Guild Leader/Raid Leader Sandtitan – Ranged DPS Lead/Officer 2) What will you call this charter? Blame Roll 3) What instance or instances do you wish to be included in this charter? Gruul, Magtheridon, SSC, TK, and ZA 4) Describe your overall goals for this charter. Please include a Mission Statement. This statement will be used as a description of your charter in the slotting application. To provide access to T4/T5 content to more people and to progress with the experience of seasoned raiders and prepare them for T6 content. 5) How frequently will you raid each week (or month)? 2-3 Days a week 6) Describe your anticipated or ideal raid makeup. 3 Tanks 7 Healers 6 Melee 9 Ranged (will vary on the encounter) 7) Will you have any gear or experience requirements to raid with your charter? If so, please describe them in detail. Have prior raiding experience and have gear capable of performing at a high level for the content that you’re signing up for. Ability to follow directions and knowledge of your class trumps all. Gruul/Magtheridon: Have at least cleared Karazhan several times and have gear or badge loot that will allow you to perform at a high level. SSC/TK and ZA: Have experience in T4 content and the associated gear, skill level, and knowledge of class to perform at a high level to promote progression. 8) How do you anticipate making your slotting choices? (i.e. what criteria, if any, will you apply in making your slotting decisions) 1) Just Wipe It guild tags (not required as we will welcome others) 2) Positive Attitude 3) Adequate Gear and Experience 4) Attendence and being on-time 5) Ability to listen and follow directions 6) Having run previously with the Charter 7) Have FUN! 9) How many raiders do you already have towards making your raid viable? Please include a rough breakdown of healer/tank/melee/ranged. Healer: 4 Tank: 3 Melee: 2 Ranged: 3 We can provide 15 or so raiders probably no problem and can likely account for the majority of the healers as I know that’s always a concern. 10) Please note anything else you think we should know or would be helpful in evaluating your application.
