Can I just say, be patient with us. The leads are discussing this deciding what direction we would have to go to make this possible. Honestly, I am glad we don't go into things lightly, if we did, things would not be as smooth in the community. Even SH new charters have a waiting period so leads can crunch numbers and be sure raiders arent either left on Standby or worse signed up for raids doomed to cancel for lack of signups. There is alot more to discuss with cross realm/server charter then just #'s. --

I'm trying. :) I've got enough dps in the guild for a 25 man but not enough tanks or healers. I'm trying to keep everyone cool (like 3 little fonzies) till we can get the bigger raids going. I just feel rushed and it's coming through over here. Sorry. --

Something I'd like to mention. And please, don't think I'm being hard or dismissing - I'm just being honest and want you to think about a few things. Please realize, Hellvis, right now - this is a Silver Hand Community. If you are missing key raider ingredients to making a raid, we cannot solve that issue with a snap of our fingers. :( We can (hopefully) provide you with a board, a database, a loot system and a ton of Silver Hand raiders cheering you on. You will find some folks here happy to transfer their characters to a horde server in hopes to find fun raiding. But, not enough to be the cure-all. And not enough to support a raiding community without help. LO grew because we encouraged growth, opened up our community and strove to let everyone on Silver Hand know we were here. It wasn't easy. And honestly, we're still amazed this place grows like it does. We'll help all we can, in any way we can. But, starting a charter here will not make your server's community grow unless people on your server are willing to take the initiative that the First LO'ers did. Get out there, find like-minded groups/people and join forces. Encourage people to join the group, head to the WoW boards and recruit for something bigger than a guild. Make that part of the drive. You want to start something that GUILDS can participate in. That right there? That is the heart. Yes, Bleu's tools and our rules make up the body and the limbs. But, without the beating heart of your server - it won't run ;) The leads are tossing around things right now, and hope to have you some answers. Speak to folks on your server, maybe another guild with like ideals. Those RP guilds, I bet they'd love the idea of heading into 25 man content and STILL getting to RP as well. Find two more folks willing to help you on this road - and head back here with them while the Leads get brainstorming on how we can help best :) Please, take what I've said as encouragement and help - that is the spirit I intended it in. --

Oh I've got 2 or 3 guilds who are very interested, it's just herding all the cats together that's got me flummoxed and hoping for some help. I hope I'm not coming off like a 'hey you guys gimme gimme gimme' because I don't intend to, but reading through my posts it could be taken that way. I'm really a nice guy, I swear, I just have a tendency to be blunter than necessary when typing posts. And yes, I will shout it from the rooftops on moon guard if this gets off the ground, I seriously don't think we'll lack for participants.

If you are fairly sure that he will /sign (which it seems Veal needs to do) edit your app to add his info then have him register and /sign. Of course knowing a bit more about him would be nice. --
