O_o I wonder if that holds true with the other previous AI pets. At least ones like water Elementals etc. --

Oooh, finally! Between that and OoC being triggered by all spells and abilities, WOOT. Then again, it does just make me more suspicious that Blizzard will find a way to nerf us back to stem the inevitable tide of PvP QQ.

I'm still far more confused by the improvement in feral tanking or dps talents, and then the complete absence of any tanking leather. --

/agree, the tweaking of the Feral tree does seem pretty underwhelming; but it's been a while since I've had to be Feral so I figured maybe I'm just in the proper spirit of things.

The feral tree stuff is great. There just isn't any gear that's clearly for half of what the tree works for (bear). At least from what's been reported so far. --

So will dps and tanking druids share the same equipment, much like resto and balance will? Does this mean that WotLK will give me my bag space back!?

It would mean that ferals would have lost their armor advantage, as well as make it nearly impossible for them to be crit-capped. Since resilience will no longer work in PVE, and none of the leather would have defense on it. Sockets obviously help, but you can see the disadvantage. --

(by which I assume you mean crit-immune). Survival of the Fittest has had it's effect doubled in Wrath, so that with 3/3 you have a 6% lower chance to be crit, without any defense. That meets the 5.6% currently needed, unless the mechanics change drastically. |
