Flasks for Stuff Program: AP would like to make some of the non-purchased items from our raids available for general purchase and use. This includes epic BoE patterns that weren't picked up at the time of the raid, as well as nether vortexes that weren't bought. These items will all be barterable with Fel Lotuses or standard high-level flasks which will then be distributed to raid members for high-end progression fights where we need extra oomph.
