1) Who will lead this charter? a) Please list the names of your primary character or characters which you will raid with in this charter, as well as Silverhand characters you spend any significant time online on. Include guild or guilds if any. Krayleyna, Kraylessa, Kraylune, Kraylarra Arondar, Mulva, Valmonte Ifanora, Kayandra b) Please also list one in game reference for each charter lead applicant. Krayleyna - Annadurai Arondar - Kahlil Ifanora - Skyyz c) Please describe prior leading and raiding experience, both LO and non-LO Kray has been raiding in WoW since the early days of LO, having raided all the pre-BC raid content through 10 bosses in Naxx and post-BC content through 4/5 MH and 6/9 BT. Back in the pre-Strike Team days of LO, I helped out as healing lead on some of the MC raids and helped out with the healer slotting. I have no recent experience with raid leading, but have stepped up to help lead healing teams when the healing leads have not been present or to help do TS/Vent calls on various boss fights. Arondar has been with LO since before it's inception, raiding with the PUGs leading to the Casual Raiders leading to The Leftovers. I was sublead and grouplead of ST:Roasted Quail and eventually overall Paladin Class lead following the departure of Seggallion. I then proceeded to wipe on Real Life(changed jobs) and was unable to bubblehearth, thus ending my WoW career for the better part of 2 years. Recently, my job has calmed down and I find myself in front of my PC on a regular basis again, with an unquenched thirst for raiding... Ifanora joined LO a little over a year ago and has been raiding with Easterners, Istarian Alliance and Wanderlust. I've raided all Pre-BC content and I have been in all raids except for BT. I lead in guild KZ runs and I have led a few ZA runs also in guild. On my old server I helped set up healing assignments for my guilds MC/BWL/AQ 40 raids. I am looking forward to running and helping lead 10 man raids at easterner friendly times during the week. 2) What will you call this charter? Early Retirement 3) What instance or instances do you wish to be included in this charter? ZA & Kara 4) Describe your overall goals for this charter. Please include a Mission Statement. This statement will be used as a description of your charter in the slotting application. We hope to provide access to 10-man content for players whose play schedules only allow them to raid during east-coast-friendly times on weeknights. Many members of LO live on the east coast and many of the currently available weeknight raids run too late for us to handle. We have identified a need within the LO Raid Schedule for 10-man raids that end by 8:00 pm server time on weeknights. 5) How frequently will you raid each week (or month)? We will raid 2-3 times a week. We hope to dedicate one night to ZA and one or two nights to Kara. 6) Describe your anticipated or ideal raid makeup. 2 Tanks, 2-3 Healers, 5-6 DPS 7) Will you have any gear or experience requirements to raid with your charter? If so, please describe them in detail. While gear requirements for Kara can/will be minimal, we will want to maintain a certain level of gear in order to be successful in ZA, as it is a significantly more difficult instance. 8) How do you anticipate making your slotting choices? (i.e. what criteria, if any, will you apply in making your slotting decisions) First and foremost, we will slot to ensure a successful raid. We will look to fill each required position for a good raid balance. Beyond that, we will look at past performance. We hope to accumulate several "regulars" who we can rely on to show up and perform well. Finally, we would look at gear and past experience with other Charters to help us in our slotting decisions. We will not be slotting on a first-come, first-served basis, as we realize that many of the people who would be interested in our raids have work and real life obligations that might prevent them from signing up the moment a raid is posted. 9) Please note anything else you think we should know or would be helpful in evaluating your application. While there are already a lot of Charters running Kara and ZA, we truly feel that there is a need for one that runs in the early evening hours to accommodate all of LO's east coast players. --

The charter is approved, you're good to start running raids. Sorry that took so long; some of the OLs have had some RL stuff going on, and some noob OL (me) had to learn how to set things up. :) You three should now have access to the CL forums and the ability to post on the calendar. Feel free to talk to any of us if you have questions on how to work the apps. --
