1) Who will lead this charter? a) Tanaquill - Entelechy (Olyessa / Zensunni) Karrok - Entelchy (Tyrennius/Kalinna) Aphe - Entelechy (Mufun) b) References for all applicants Apollonaria / Tawyn / Kageronan c) Karrok has in-guild experience leading raids and much experience participating in raids, Tanaquill has been a recent member in (perceived) good standing with LO and within guild as well as raiding for several months with random guilds as available. Aphe has much in guild experience at running both raids and events (Master looter especially). All four are officers of Entelechy. 2) What will you call this charter? Entelechy 3) What instance or instances do you wish to be included in this charter? Karazhan 4) Describe your overall goals for this charter. Please include a Mission Statement. This statement will be used as a description of your charter in the slotting application. Entelechy being established to provide first one, then hopefully two teams accomplishing full clears of Karazhan for the purpose of experiencing a raid atmosphere and gear up for further progression in the future. 5) How frequently will you raid each week (or month)? 1-2 times weekly 6)Describe your ideal raid makeup. 2 tanks, any type; 3 healers, at least one preferably 2 priests, 5 dps, preferably 2-3 melee/ranged. 7)Will you have any gear or experience requirements to raid with your charter? If so, please describe them in detail. Gear checks will not be required, but a working knowledge of what is required is appreciated before applying. Pure green will probably not be accepted, but all blue/purple is not required by any means. 8)How do you anticipate making your slotting choices? (i.e. what criteria, if any, will you apply in making your slotting decisions) Slotting will be chosen based on enthusiasm, attitude and gear, in that roughly that order, with some preference to Entelechy members when the rest is equal. 9) Please note anything else you think we should know or would be helpful in evaluating your application. Our guild is basically looking to make progression an option, as in the past we have been too small to effectively raid. We're mostly a casual RP guild, but want to be part of a larger effort to see endgame content as well. Hopefully that means we get involved in LO. --
