Either this is a major talent change or a bug in the data mining...

Cheers,

They also show wyvern sting in the marksman tree.

if you're getting things from the same site I am. There's also an interesting note in the patch changes

quote:

Camouflage (Level 68, 5 min cooldown) - You Camouflage, causing you to blend in with your surroundings. Instantly removes all physical and spell debuffs, and you fade into an improved invisibility state. Camouflage will break after the you deal damage. Lasts until cancelled.

Which sounds rather too good to be true.

I can see making a Survival Build, that incorporates TSA with your new ten points - data-mining that build might be what is causing it.

You can go here for many of the new talent trees in WotLK alpha, but hunter trees are not updated yet. =/

!!! I hadn't thought of that :D So does invisibility mean that we can move as well? Ghetto Stealth every 5 mins? Lol sounds like Blizz is turning us into ranged rogues in mail O.o

from what i see of the description it only breaks once you deal damage...i'm guessing it will break when damage is dealt to you or possibly when you are "spotted" but those are not included. it looks like a really cool buff to hunters for pvp. i just hope it doesnt turn out like druidcoil did and get nerfed or just scratched altoghether>.> (instant cast, my @$$)

Invisibility is vaguely better than stealth. While both are stopped by warlocks and their paranoia, invisibility can only be seen by mages who are invisible.

I know my brain said "oh there's see invisible" but somehow that didn't make it to paper.

Not sure about that. If the ability uses existing invisibility mechanics you cannot see any other mobs other than invisible ones( or ones that can see invisible) which would mean you couldn't target a non-invisible mob. The mana-cell daily for SSO actually uses the invisibility mechanic for its phased effect (that's what the world looks like while invisible).

If you are curious grab some potions of invisibility and check it out.

Only on the invisible ones, and they can see you as well so you have to get them before they sheep you (which would break invisibility for both the mage and hunter).

You forget Hunter's Mark, methinks. I'm not positive, but it should allow a hunter to see the marked individual even while Camo'd.

Otherwise, there's not much point to it from a PvP perspective, and as a PvE tool, it's not much different/better than Feign except for the debuff removal.
