as far as i know, it's not possible. however i could be wrong (but i dont think i am) i think it was in the BM:Bible thread on Elitist Jerks, it was theorized that 1.85 was the ideal speed, because (best case scenario) constant drums and haste potions should keep you at a perfect 1:1 rotation (assuming 100% uptime). this again, is just theory. i have ~140 haste rating that i can throw on, however I haven't seen a DPS increase yet, mainly due to lack of +hit and +crit on the current haste gear. while i realize that +crit and haste are kind of the battling forces right now, it comes back to relying on procs or static damage increases, and for now i like the dps output from AP/agi/crit. If i went SV, i might change, just because of how much crit i'd gain. edit: lack of sleep made me forget ya'll can't read my mind --
