That's the way the math looks to me as well. Intuitively it makes sense that any ability normalized for weapon speed wouldn't benefit from haste. The real question though is whether the formula calls a fixed value (MWS) that is the speed listed on the item or the variable one that you see on your character sheet. The answer to which is likely known to those who (unlike myself) do more than dabble in theorycraft. | |

SoR damage is based off of unhasted speed. Wearing haste rating will increase SoR DPS. | |

I just tested it myself with the haste ring. You could probably use the Manual Crowd Pummeler from Gnomer for yourself. | |
