and your avatar is hawt /lick >.>

but yeah in regards to the cloth/leather...if you wish to replace those...BG for the bracers belt and boots...epic...great stats...and crit...there in the non set epic rewards..thats what im doing =D

Go to the my profile link on the left put that site address of your picture in the sig area with [ IMG ][ /IMG ] tags around it (leave out the spaces).

I figure I'll replace the cloth/leather pieces with instance drops while I'm trying to get myself keyed for KZ and doing the million and five rep grinds. I'm not too concerned about it at this point honestly, I know I do decent damage for my level right now. Besides, I look hawt in leather!

ok i understand that part...but where did you get those? armory? ive seen other people with them

Ahhh. Go to http://jebus.geek.nz/WoW/armory/ and put in your information and they'll give you an image. You can change the stats to whatever you want and put them on there. Just save the image to whatever web hosting page you want, you can't link to the sigs directly anymore.

Ow. I'm sorry, brain. I shouldn't have brought you in here. I'm gonna go back over to the rogue forum where it will stop hurting.

I still like the totem for the 41 point in the elemental line better. the 21 point talent in resto is really good in pvp im guess (inst chain lighting is nothing to laugh at) but the totem is better for overall group/raid dps, even though yours might suffer a bit.

Just one thing about proc talents like lightning overload, is that the fact that it can happen is usually enough.

Of course, if your points are elsewhere then you're free to ignore me entirely. heheh ^_^

Hey Gen, what's Focused Mind do again? I can't look at any talent calculators from work and I was just remembering this suggestion and I never looked or asked!

It's the 3 point talent next to Nature's Swiftness that gives you a chance to resist interrupt and silence by 5/10/15%. I'd like to get that, and still have 2 points in Lightning Overload. Double cast and harder to stop me!

Just my experience with things like sword and mace spec, that you don't really see that big a difference in proc rate between 2% and 5%. Of course, I don't really measure it, but I mean c'mon... 3% difference. :P

I have to agree, without parsing, I don't notice a major difference between 2% and 5% with things like sword spec -- considering 2 procs out of 100 is sixty percent less procs per hundred than 5 procs out of 100.

You'd think you'd notice a 60% decrease in procs... but I rarely do.

Hmm, well I have a couple more levels to think about it. I can put the first two in to lightning overload and see how it feels at that point and then maybe rethink the last three points. I dunno, I had the comparable priest talent for a long time and it never felt like it really prevented any of those mechanics, but I think the priest version only goes to 5%. Hmmm!

I love lightning overload. Its upped my DPS so much, I honestly wouldn't bother in putting points in it at all if your only going to put in 1-2 points. I think of it like this. Putting 2 points in it means you will likely get one proc every 50 casts. So, if you have lightning mastery, one proc every 100 seconds of non-stop casting. However, if you have 5? You get one in every 20 casts. Which is ONE FULL MINUTE difference on procs. It makes a big diffence, to me. Because as I was leveling, when I have 1,2,3 talents in it, I hardly saw it that much. Now I have 5 and I see it a lot more. The Focused Mind talent is okay, but its only 15% *when* someone tries to interupt or silence you. Otherwise its completely pointless vs. mobs/people who can't. Not to mention they still have and 85% chance to suceed, which is pretty good odds for them. Totem of Wrath vs. Nature's Swiftness is a personal opinion. ToW increases a lot of healing and caster damage for a totem that would usually do next to nothing. NS is good for instant healing if you find yourself in a healing role or PvP a lot. But either way, I'd put 5 in Lightning Overload or none at all really.

Well just saying. Focused mind is the talent for a better overall balance, and you don't lose lightning overload. I don't have a maxed out sword spec so I could get improved disciplines. Better Shield wall = Better tanking. Of course I take DPS hit! And of course you'd take a hit from this. I mean... duh.

It's what you're after though. It's a 15% resistance or 3% more overload. And, Rajin and Laminor, I agree it isn't fair to compare those percentages side by side like that as you also have to factor in how often they're taking effect. It's just a question preference. I've been main healed by a ele/resto shaman in Steam Vaults, not because we didn't have a druid but because the druid was silenced by those damn oracles and the Shaman resisted. Said she'd never go without that talent again. :P I had a laugh. Then there's PvP, but meh. I don't need to explain on that. *shrug*

It's all what are you after. Besides, you don't have to like my suggestion. :P That's all it is after all.

PS - Way to not be a pain in the ass about it Rajin. :P DAAAAAAAAA!!!
